Hi, I am Daria and I am founder of Periodly. I am passionate about female health, nutrition, productivity, routines and well-being.
I am a sociologist by love and education, a dancer by passion, and an entrepreneur by the will of fate.
I was and am you: I crave during PMS, I am flirty at ovulation, I am tired during my period. But before, I thought it was just me and I didn’t see any link to my cycle.
And now I do! Sorry to sound cheesy, but it is a game-changer!
I have gathered all the knowledge I’ve collected through the past time for myself to get to know more about my body and how to be more effective through all ups and downs of the cycle.

Can I use Periodly if I have an irregular cycle?
Periodly is designed for anyone with a natural cycle to benefit from its features. However, if your cycle is irregular, your experience may differ as the content and graphs are primarily tailored for regular cycles.
Can I benefit from Periodly if I'm on hormonal birth control?
